Pet Rules Reminder

We understand that your pet is an important part of your family, but we ask you to follow a few rules for the sake of your neighbors:

•  Pets may be no more than 50 lbs.
• No more than two pets may reside in a unit.
• Pets must be carried through common areas to access the street or beach path.
• You are expected to clean up after your pets, including on the beach path.
• Pets may not ride in the front glass elevators.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
• Your pet must be registered with the management office.
